If you love pie (and who doesn’t?), this is the place for you. Whether you want to eat a slice of pie, buy a whole pie, or better yet, you want to learn how to bake your own, Barbara can help. 


The pie-making class, Easy As Pie, is a 3 hour, hands-on experience where you can watch Barbara make a pie and then create one of your own.  Learn how to make a great crust with a delicious filling in one lesson!  Check out the details by clicking Easy As Pie.


You can order a slice of pie made by Barbara any day of the week at St. Clouds Restaurant in Madrona.  The pies are seasonal and change to reflect what is fresh. The crust is always flaky and buttery good. Part of the proceeds from sales of these pies go to The Neighborhood Cooking Foundation, a local, non-profit organization that feeds the homeless.
